My name is Shekinah Perez, my family started calling me Sheky, not like dad liked it, but now is my stage name, "SHEKY". I was born in Puerto Rico and according to my parents started singing before I could speak. When I was 2 years old my parents moved to Orlando, Florida where my love for the arts was developed and started growing. Did some ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop dancing and some Gymnastics til the music took over my heart completely. At 13 started singing at the praise and worship team at CCEP in Orlando and this is when music was at the top of my heart. At 15 EKOS gave me the opportunity to create my firs remix song "Hasta El Infinito Remix" moment where I new that singing is my passion. On 2019 launched my first single titled "1 2 3" under the production of Obed 'El Arquitecto" and co write the song with Samallys and him. Few years later joined the Faith Assembly youth group Worship Team and in the middle of the pandemic in 2020 this song, "Without You" came to me.
